Cold Storage Singapore (1983) Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Partnering, Senior Executive to lead end-to-end HR support with a strong focus on recruitment and employer branding to ensure workforce readiness and timely fills for Store Support Centre roles.

This role partners with hiring managers to drive efficient recruitment strategies, advise on hiring best practices, and support informed decisions throughout the hiring cycle while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Human Resources.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, or HR Generalist role.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for SSC roles including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Manage employer branding initiatives related to SSC hiring and campus events where required.
• Provide HR support across full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure alignment with labour budget and requirements.
• Coordinate and project-manage HR initiatives in recruitment, talent management and learning.
