Job summary

Cigna Europe Insurance Company S.A.-N.V. Singapore Branch is looking for an HR professional to shape meaningful employee experiences across onboarding, development, performance and engagement.

You will collaborate with payroll, benefits, immigration and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, at least 4 years of HR experience, strong numerical skills, and excellent MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Support employee journey from onboarding to development and performance.
• Maintain HR systems and records, and support payroll, benefits, immigration and external partners.
