You will oversee performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and compliance, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the People & Culture team to ensure effective delivery of all HR functions.
• Establish team priorities, monitor performance and develop team capabilities.
• Ensure strong HR governance, consistency and continuous improvement across HR processes.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Deputy CEO and senior leadership team on people-related matters.
• Translate organisational strategies into actionable HR initiatives and workforce plans.
• Lead organisational design, change management and workplace culture development initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies and hiring activities.
• Ensure workforce planning supports organisational growth and operational requirements.
• Strengthen employer branding and develop effective talent pipelines.
• Lead performance management frameworks and processes.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Promote a high-performance culture with clear accountability and continuous development.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention and offboarding.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, payroll processes, reporting and systems.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Maintain effective HR governance and risk management practices.
• Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive HR digitalisation and system enhancements.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
