Job summary

CHRISTIAN BASSETT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior HR Manager to drive the HR agenda across Southeast Asia and Oceania, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and workforce planning.

You will oversee talent management, succession planning, performance, engagement and retention, while guiding compensation discussions and HR budgeting. Regional transformation projects and leadership development are key priorities.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, retail or regional organisations.
• Strong HR business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of employment practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand; Australia exposure is advantageous.
• Strong experience in talent management, employee relations and organisational development.
• Commercially minded with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching capabilities.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.
