Your Role

Your role is Engineering Support Technician. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with Engineering leads and direct reporting to the Operations Manager.

Your Job Scope

• Assist during sea trials, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently alongside the engineering team.
• Carry out all pre‑deployment checks and logistical preparations before every trial or field session.
• Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc maintenance on vehicles to uphold reliability and safety standards.
• Operate and pilot the vehicle as required during testing, transport, or demonstration activities.
• Assist engineers with data collection, equipment setup, and execution of test protocols in the field.
• Record observations, maintenance logs, and trial outcomes accurately for engineering review.

• Willing to step into unfamiliar technical domains and contribute meaningfully beyond a single area of expertise.
• Proactively seeks to understand new systems, tools, and methodologies with minimal hand‑holding.
