What the role is:

As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, HR Service in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for MOE employees.

What you will be working on:

• Manage HR operations reliably and effectively to ensure good standard of delivery of HR services, including case evaluation and management
• Review and implement HR operational policies, initiatives, processes and strategies in support of building a quality and engaged workforce
• Perform the role of subject matter expert for desk functions, and provide advice on HR matters
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in policy reviews, implementation and administration
• Engage and advise line managers to facilitate effective HR management in the Ministry
