As we continue expanding across Singapore, we are looking for a Senior HR Executive who is hands-on, structured, people-oriented, and excited to grow alongside a scaling retail & F&B business.
This role will support the people and culture operations across AMACHA and work closely with management to build stronger systems, hiring processes, training structures, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for kitchen, service, and HQ positions
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and hiring documentation
- Work closely with operations managers on manpower planning
- Improve hiring SOPs and recruitment processes
- Manage job postings across platforms such as CareersFuture, FastJobs, Indeed, and social media
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR documentation
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain proper employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, leave management, and scheduling coordination
- Ensure MOM compliance and proper HR practices
Training & People Development
- Coordinate staff training plans and onboarding roadmaps
- Support performance review and KPI tracking processes
- Help maintain training SOPs and employee handbooks
- Work with outlet managers to improve team culture and staff retention
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support internal communication and staff engagement initiatives
- Assist in planning townhalls, team bonding activities, and company events
- Help foster a positive, growth-oriented working culture
HR Systems & Administration
- Improve HR systems, filing structures, and workflows
- Support grant applications, HR reporting, and administrative tasks when required
- Assist management in scaling HR processes as the company expands
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and willing to be operational when needed
- Comfortable handling both people and administrative matters
- Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and HR practices
- Experience with payroll and HR systems
