Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead planning and implementation of new facility/non-facilities programmes. You will align projects with program outcomes and ensure readiness for deployment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, risks, and reporting to senior leadership, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and governed processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more working experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and independent working capability.
• Knowledge of Singapore Public Healthcare domain is a plus.
• Strong planning, monitoring and controlling techniques for programmes and projects.
• Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Align individual projects with overall program outcomes and milestones.
• Monitor program performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with users, multiple project teams and external parties for site readiness.
• Manage dependencies between IT projects and building development work.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide guidance to project managers.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies and achievements to stakeholders.
