Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of working experience.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes/projects.
• Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.

Responsabilidades

• Program Delivery
• Alignment between individual projects and overall program outcomes.
• Monitor program milestones
• Work with various users, multiple project teams, external parties to ensure site and infrastructure readiness for deployment and verification
• Manage dependencies between IT projects and building development project
• Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
