Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across healthcare AI initiatives. You will plan resources, drive procurement, and coordinate the project team including vendors to meet scope, budget and timelines with quality.

You will implement governance, manage risks, and report progress to steering committees and executives. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, IT teams, and external partners, requiring strong leadership,

Qualifications

Masters in IT and a Bachelor in IT/CS are required.
8–12 years of IT project management experience, with 2–3 years in healthcare-related projects.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing budgets, scope and risks.

Responsibilities

Plan and acquire manpower resources and allocate to meet project objectives.
Drive procurement activities and obtain scope/funding approvals.
Lead project team, vendors, and users to deliver on time, on budget and with quality.
Establish and maintain project management framework per quality system.
Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan including scope, budget, risks, and communication plan.
Provide timely stakeholder updates on progress, issues, and resource needs.
Manage budget utilization and cashflow for projects.
