Job summary

National University Health System's Corporate Infrastructure Office in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to support Kent Ridge Campus infrastructure projects. You will help set up project governance, develop technical standards, and coordinate with users, consultants, and contractors to deliver complex healthcare facilities.

The role involves leading design development, cost estimation, procurement, and oversight of construction activities, ensuring schedules and permits are managed

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies and processes for infrastructure projects.
• Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects and ensure standardisation.
• Engage users for feasibility studies of hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Lead design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages.
• Review and approve project schedules, methods, materials and permits.
• Oversee consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work and BOQ.
• Prepare minutes, reports and presentations.
• Adhoc duties for CIFO’s mission and lead special projects as directed by RO.
