Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in business development or health & benefits consulting or brokerage.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore vendor marketplace.
• Proficient in English; fluent writing and speaking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Solicit and close new business within established parameters.
• Manage client relationships in benefits advisory and wellness to generate new business.
• Deliver quality advice and solutions for clients.
• Lead complex client projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Coordinate with regional communications teams for benefit communications.
