Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in semiconductor devices or circuit design is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability test flows covering all product aspects.
• Drive down extrinsic reliability (Time0 and Field DPM).
• Collaborate cross-functionally for product development.
