Job summary

Far East Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests at the lobby and reception. You will collaborate with the Assistant Manager to deliver courteous service, handle requests, and resolve complaints while maintaining knowledge of arrivals, events, amenities and outlets.

PSLE or equivalent is required; rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills will thrive at Village Hotel Sentosa,

• Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage and transport handling as well as general enquiries.
• Approach any additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.
