Job summary

Moomoo Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist (User Growth) to drive high-quality user growth in the Singapore market through partnerships with KOLs, local Chinese-speaking communities, and brand collaborators. You will own the full funnel from acquisition to retention, sharing insights, hosting investor-education activities, and converting engagement into active users.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and data-analysis skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid investment knowledge with a passion for the stock market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Chinese-speaking communities and channel resources to drive user growth.
• Lead partnership negotiations and proposal development, owning acquisition outcomes.
• Plan and host online and offline investor-education activities for local Chinese-speaking communities.
• Manage and nurture acquired users to boost engagement and retention.
• Analyze data to optimize acquisition strategies and ROI.
• Stay on top of industry trends and uncover new partnership opportunities.
