Private Advertiser, based in Singapore, is seeking a commercially driven marketing leader to head the marketing function for its AI and technology training portfolio. You will own the strategy, lead the team, and work with senior leadership to drive customer acquisition, brand growth and new business initiatives.

The role combines growth strategy, performance marketing, brand, CRM and leadership, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Recent experience in EdTech, education, or training providers.
• Proven track record in growth, customer acquisition and marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing strategy aligned to revenue objectives.
• Lead growth campaigns across funnel to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Oversee digital marketing including paid, SEO, content, CRM and email automation.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and integrated communications.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team with clear KPIs.
• Partner with senior leadership on go-to-market and commercial priorities.
