BlueTree Education in Singapore seeks a Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across two education brands, bringing the 2027 strategy to life. You will shape campaigns, develop brand presence, and drive measurable business growth with a hands-on, collaborative team.

This role emphasizes ownership, experimentation, and strong internal/external communication. You will work with teachers, branches and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that generate enrolments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in marketing with end-to-end campaign leadership.
• 5+ years of marketing experience and brand management.
• Branding experience and internal/external communications.
• Fluent with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4 and content marketing.
• Experience in education, enrichment or consumer marketing is a plus.
• Creative and analytical thinker who owns initiatives and outcomes.
• Experience guiding juniors and managing external partners.
• Positive energy, collaboration, and curiosity about AI in marketing.
• Experience leading junior staff and working with agencies or vendors.
• Beneficial: multi-brand, multi-branch or referral marketing.

Responsibilities

• Brand ownership across touchpoints and brand refresh projects.
• Lead external communications including media relations and partnerships.
• Plan internal communications to staff across branches.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract enquiries and enrolments.
• Grow digital presence via Google/Meta Ads, SEO and content marketing.
• Develop parent engagement through referral and enrolment initiatives.
• Collaborate with teachers and partners to create engaging content.
• Lead Marketing Executive and coordinate agencies and vendors.
• Track performance, budgets, leads and enrolments for continuous improvement.
• Guide and grow the marketing team together with senior leadership.
