Job summary

adjoe, a global adtech company, is seeking a Senior Supply Growth Manager (Vietnamese speaker) in Singapore. You will manage a portfolio of app publisher partners, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships through frequent communication.

You will analyze key metrics and present insights through QBRs, collaborating with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Hybrid work and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong ability to analyze CPI/CPM/ARPDAU and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Proven track record of growing publisher partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth.
• Build relationships via Slack, email, and video calls.
• Monitor KPIs (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Present performance reports and QBRs to partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Translate partner feedback into product improvements.
• Take ownership of portfolio performance and drive growth.
