Job summary

adjoe is seeking a Senior Supply Growth Manager in Singapore who will oversee a portfolio of app publisher partners. The role focuses on driving mutual revenue growth through data-driven optimization and proactive relationship management.

You will communicate across teams and with partners via various channels and produce quarterly business reviews. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AdTech or mobile advertising, with strong analytics, and fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR metrics and how to leverage them for performance.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners to drive mutual revenue growth.
• Build and nurture partner relationships via Slack, email, and video calls.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and present performance reports and QBRs to partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs and deliver solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Own portfolio performance and drive initiatives to exceed growth targets.
