adjoe, a leading AdTech company, is seeking a Senior Supply Growth Manager in Singapore. The role focuses on growing a publisher partner portfolio, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth across CPI/CPM/ARPDAU metrics.

Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus, with daily interaction across cross-functional teams and partners. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in AdTech or mobile marketing, excels at data-driven decision making, and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
Strong ability to analyze metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU) and turn data into insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) to analyze data and present results.
Fluency in English; Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese a plus.

Responsabilités

Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through Slack, email, and video calls.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop and present performance reports, insights, and QBRs to partners and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs and deliver solutions.
Identify upselling opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.
