Job summary

adjoe is seeking a Senior Supply Growth Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of app publisher partners in Singapore. You will own relationships, monitor CPI/CPM/ARPDAU and lead optimization initiatives to maximize publisher value.

You will present quarterly reviews, collaborate with Product and Tech, and translate partner feedback into product improvements. fluency in English and Thai is required, with a results-driven, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Thai.
• Exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.
• Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.
• Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy.
• Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.
