Job summary

PwC Singapore's Clients and Markets team is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive market priorities, client development, and growth initiatives. You will translate leadership priorities into practical plans, collaborate with account teams to strengthen relationships, and coordinate cross-functional client programmes to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires at least 3 years in business development or related fields, with strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in business development, markets, strategy, account management, programme management or related field, with examples of contribution to business outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical plans, actions and measures of success.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the firm, align priorities and work collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes.
Experience in client development, key account management, pipeline management, or growth programmes.
Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Clear written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into concise briefings and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders.
Ability to interpret business and performance data and use reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support planning and decisions.
A growth mindset, sound judgement and a proactive approach to identifying issues, shaping solutions and driving follow-through.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Translate growth priorities into practical plans with clear milestones, responsibilities and measures of success.
Support client and account development by crafting plans that strengthen relationships and identify opportunities across services.
Coordinate strategic initiatives and client programmes across teams to deliver aligned outcomes.
Support business priorities and client engagement through these activities, contributing to growth.
Interact with senior leadership to shape and deliver growth priorities for the portfolio.
