Singapore Polytechnic's PACE Academy is seeking a Finance professional to join the Finance team focused on budgeting, grant management, and financial operations. Reporting to the Manager, you will help coordinate budgets, monitor grant balances, process claims, and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and Workday skills, and a meticulous, proactive approach to multi-grant environments.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in advance Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Workday.
• Meticulous, organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple grants and reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Budget and Grant Management: Coordinate budget preparation, forecasting and budget review exercises.
• Monitor budget utilisation, grant balances and funding availability.
• Process grant claims, disbursements, journals and related financial transactions.
• Monitor purchase commitments and budget utilisation.
