PERSOL is seeking a Finance Executive (Grants) in Singapore to support research activities through financial administration, budgeting, and grant management. You will collaborate with researchers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and timely reimbursements.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business/finance, at least 1 year in finance operations or grant management, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in finance operations/ research administration / grant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Financial & Grant Budget Management: Prepare manpower budgets, check availability, update SAP, track expenditures, allocate costs to projects, monitor grant utilization.
• Fund Requisitions & Reporting: Prepare fund requisitions and final statements; reconcile accounts and address variances.
• Audit Support: Prepare grant audit documentation and respond to auditors’ queries; coordinate with auditors.
• Other Duties: Support research finance and grant operations as assigned.
