Job summary

Eames Consulting Group seeks an experienced Software Engineer to lead end-to-end development of scalable, secure systems enabling high-volume data exchange. You will influence architecture, build resilient backend services, and shape core platforms within a collaborative product engineering team.

You will own deployment, drive design choices, collaborate with product managers and designers, and ensure quality through observability and automated testing across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building full stack production apps with scalable architectures.
• Strong hands-on in Golang, Node.js, TypeScript and React.
• Solid SQL knowledge and relational database design.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tooling (Terraform).
• Proven testing across unit, integration and end-to-end levels.
• Degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Domain knowledge in high-throughput/transactional systems and data services.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle architecture and deployment of distributed web apps and data services.
• Direct system design choices, write technical specs, and mentor peers.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver iterative software updates.
• Bake observability, telemetry, and automated tests into production services.
• Explore tooling including ML workflows to streamline delivery and code quality.
