Job summary

VeSync in Singapore is seeking a high‑performing Senior Finance Specialist Payable to join our growing finance team in a dynamic e‑commerce environment. You will manage global payments and ensure accuracy and compliance across regional entities.

The role involves daily cash management, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and risk controls for payables, with collaboration across finance and customer service. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience are required, with Mandarin fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ finance experience.
• Fluent Mandarin for liaising with Chinese counterparts.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review expense and payment documents for completeness and compliance.
• Execute daily global payments for the group across multiple regions.
• Confirm revenue receipts and assist refunds with customer service teams.
• Track cash balances and perform fund transfers per cash pooling rules.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and support audits.
• Open and close bank accounts and issue customer invoices.
• Review payment risk controls for receivables and manage AR workflows.
• Take on additional duties to support team and business objectives.
