Stripe is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our SEA distributed team in Singapore. You’ll provide technical leadership to our most strategic users as they integrate with Stripe’s APIs and services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in architecture, technical consulting, process re-engineering or delivery/engineering.
• Comfortable with code-level debugging (Stripe code and user code).
• Able to explain Stripe concepts from product features to API architecture.
• Experience with enterprise systems and middleware.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrates ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required for this role.
• Able to travel quarterly for customer on-sites and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex challenges and build deep relationships with senior technical personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and other user-facing teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end from architecture to code.
• Explain Stripe concepts and API architecture to diverse audiences.
• Educate users and developer communities about Stripe value and best practices.
• Be the primary technical contact for largest users and partners.
• Keep abreast of Stripe technologies and showcase thought leadership in whitepapers and events.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to Professional Services methodologies to accelerate engagements.
