Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a Sr. Global Expansion Manager to plan and execute market entry strategies across new and existing countries. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive regulatory-compliant expansion and optimize operational efficiency.

The role requires strong project management, business judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building scalable processes and stakeholder alignment across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements and influence roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise cross-functional teams to drive global expansion of AWS.
• Execute time-sensitive, large-scale projects to meet objectives.
• Identify, drive, and develop best practices, technical solutions, processes, and project workflows.
• Own project management and problem solving for compliance and risk issues.
• Engage third parties (advisors, regulators, customers) to influence the adoption of AWS.
• Communicate effectively to leadership and bridge the end-to-end story of expanding into a given country.
