Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable Demand Planner to manage SKU demand forecasts for regional and global markets. You will develop production plans based on demand and inventory, optimise stock levels, and monitor forecast accuracy to close demand-supply gaps.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience, a degree in a related field, and strong Excel and ERP/planning system knowledge to ensure timely, cost-effective supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, operations or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience
• Food / beverage / perishable FMCG experience preferred
• Strong Excel and ERP/planning system knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU demand forecasts across regional/global markets
• Develop production plans based on demand and inventory
• Optimise stock levels and minimise stockouts / excess inventory
• Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve demand-supply gaps
• Coordinate closely with factories, procurement, sales and marketing
