Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Deal Strategy Analyst in Singapore for our Global Deal Strategy function. You will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership on complex, high-value deals and opportunities, balancing revenue, profitability, and market share priorities.

The role is hybrid in Singapore. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, and Legal, driving process improvements, automation, and data-driven insights to shorten sales cycles and optimize deal

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in deal strategy, deal desk, finance, pricing or sales operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor to Sales leadership on structuring and executing complex, high-value deals
Independently evaluate non-standard deal requests and drive cross-functional solutions with minimal oversight
Review and approve terms on quotes ensuring alignment with pricing and revenue recognition
Ensure transactions adhere to revenue policies and operational guidelines
Lead development and rollout of best practices and playbooks to increase sales efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate deal desk workflows using AI and automation tools
Drive deal reviews, early checkpoints, and enforce standard business practices
Partner with Finance and Sales Operations on forecasting and deal analytics
Present recommendations and deal strategy insights to senior stakeholders in a data-driven manner
