Job summary

NetApp’s Legal department in Singapore is seeking an experienced Compliance Investigator to support a global investigations team across APAC, promoting fairness, compliance, and integrity within NetApp’s operations.

You will lead end-to-end investigations into bribery, conflicts of interest, data mishandling, and other policy violations; develop strategies; deliver actionable findings; manage multiple cases; and collaborate with HR, Legal, and stakeholders to ensure well-documented outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience conducting global compliance investigations.
Familiarity with Salesforce, email search tools, online research and case management systems; NAVEX EthicsPoint preferred.
Ability to collect, analyze, and reconcile financial, expense, and sales-related data.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end compliance investigations across APAC in the Singapore office.
Develop strategies for handling sensitive allegations with neutrality and confidentiality.
Deliver findings through fact-based, actionable reports suitable for legal scrutiny.
Manage multiple investigations simultaneously and close matters timely.
Collaborate with HR, Legal and stakeholders for consistent, well-documented outcomes.
