PU Prime is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead its global branding function, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals across Social Media, ESG, Events, PR, Content, KOL Marketing, Education and Design. You will own global brand strategy, creative direction, integrated campaigns, and track impact across international markets to deliver measurable business results.

Location: Raffles Place, CBD, Singapore. Fully onsite.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams including managers and team leads.
• International brand management experience across multiple markets with global/local balance.
• Strong portfolio of campaigns with quantifiable results and clear individual contributions.
• Fluent professional English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex budgets, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong creative direction and storytelling for integrated campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a cohesive global brand strategy across international markets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across Social Media, PR, Content, KOL Marketing, Events, ESG, Education, and Design, overseeing creative concepts, execution, and quality.
• Manage a global team of 20+ professionals, establishing clear priorities, improving workflows, allocating resources, and driving accountability.
• Define and track brand KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and connect brand initiatives with broader acquisition, conversion, and growth objectives.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution and measurable returns.
• Work closely with regional Marketing, Product, Growth, Business Development, Legal, and Compliance teams to coordinate global initiatives and locally relevant campaigns.
