Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage daily commercial and operational activities for assigned accounts in Singapore.

You will work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements, manage quotations, and track orders across CRM and ERP systems. The role requires a diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers and manage day-to-day commercial, operational, and account-related matters.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
• Act as the communication bridge between global customers, sales teams, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate customer sample requests including lead times, shipping, and support for new projects and validations.
• Handle customer technical inquiries related to connectors, cable assemblies, drawings, and certifications with technical teams.
