You will assess diverse needs, design intervention plans, and collaborate with families, therapists, and care teams across community settings.

The role includes caregiver training, recommending aids, conducting home assessments, and contributing to quality improvement and research initiatives.

Competenze

• Possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Fully registered with AHPC
• Collaborative and dynamic environment
• Proficient in coordinating with seniors and families
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications

Mansioni

• Assess and evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs to design intervention plans
• Support clients to participate meaningfully in their environment
• Conduct caregiver training and education
• Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices
• Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects
• Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards
