Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Fully registered with AHPC
• Collaborative and dynamic environment
• Proficient in coordinating with seniors and families
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs to design intervention plans
• Support clients to participate meaningfully in their environment
• Conduct caregiver training and education
• Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices
• Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects
• Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards
