Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate client’s physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs to design intervention plans.
• Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices and conduct home assessments.
• Conduct caregiver training and education.
• Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects.
• Collaborate with regional health systems and other professionals.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
