Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Principal Geomatics Engineer (Underground Survey Governance) to lead and contribute to the national Underground Survey Governance Framework (USGF). You will support development and implementation, engage government agencies, professional bodies and industry, and translate stakeholder feedback into practical governance recommendations to enable regulatory changes for USGF.

Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to work

Qualifications

2–3 years’ experience in engineering, infrastructure or built environment with policy exposure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, reports and briefings.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across government or industry is a plus.
Interest in governance, policy development and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of Underground Survey Governance Framework (USGF).
Engage government agencies, professional bodies and industry stakeholders to validate governance proposals.
Translate stakeholder feedback and operational considerations into practical governance recommendations.
