Job summary

PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, invites an Executive Engineer/Engineer (Geology) to lead geological investigations and model development for integrated water resource planning. You will contribute to design, data interpretation and R&D projects within the Water Systems Department.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in GIS and Leapfrog, and the ability to train others while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS and data visualization tools such as Leapfrog.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement geological and geophysical investigations.
• Analyze and interpret geological data; prepare reports.
• Manage storage of rock cores for research.
• Maintain geological datasets and models for visualization (Leapfrog or equivalent).
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
