The role involves shaping architecture for a genomics-focused data platform and collaborating with global teams across US, Belgium, and Singapore.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in software architecture for large solutions, with AI tool experience and a track record of delivering products in AI-native environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive SW architecture experience in large, complex solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to develop software and architecture.
• Proven ability to translate research into commercially viable products.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership to set vision and drive execution.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture to transform the Data Platform to the next generation.
• Provide leadership for a new Data Platform for genomics.
• Contribute to global SW architecture team for cross-product solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight to ensure high-quality delivery on timelines.
• Champion AI-assisted development adoption.
• Collaborate across R&D, engineering, and informatics to meet customer needs.
