Job summary

DKSH is seeking a senior leader to steer the SCE business line in Singapore, overseeing strategy, commercial growth, and operations across sales, service and marketing.

You will shape plans, build high-performing teams, own EBIT and P&L, manage portfolios, and drive sustainable revenue while strengthening partnerships with customers, suppliers, and industry networks. Help elevate DKSH's market position through data-driven decisions and thought leadership at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related engineering field.
• 15+ years in a similar role.
• At least 10+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong strategic and business leadership capabilities.
• Proven commercial and market excellence with portfolio management, business development, and competitive positioning.
• Strong financial management including P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Singapore (SG) and SCE financial objectives, driving EBIT performance, P&L accountability, and resource allocation.
• Define and execute the SCE business strategy, translating industry trends into actionable commercial plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through portfolio expansion, value-added services, and innovative business models.
• Drive operational excellence across sales fulfilment, service delivery, and complaint resolution.
• Strengthen market presence through targeted marketing strategies and industry engagement.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of direct reports with a culture of growth.
