PALO IT Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead GenAI initiatives, MLops and applied ML on public cloud platforms.

You will develop GenAI-powered applications (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering), collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize training, evaluation and monitoring, and push governance and responsible AI. Role involves delivering AI products for Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail clients while driving internal R&D and knowledge sharing across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI roles.
• Strong background in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on with at least one public cloud (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Python proficiency (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).
• Experience deploying ML/GenAI applications using Kubernetes or serverless.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Use GenAI for productivity enhancements (automated code generation, testing, documentation).
• Implement best practices for model governance, risk management, and responsible AI.
• Deliver insights and AI products for Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail clients.
