Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in game analytics, product analytics, or live operations.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience building dashboards and models.

Responsibilities

• Analyse player engagement, retention, monetisation, churn, server health, and live operations.
• Identify issues and propose data-backed solutions to improve products and operations.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring frameworks, analytical models, and automation tools using SQL and Python.
• Support event optimization, player segmentation, cross-server activities, and monetisation initiatives.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and measure impact of changes.
• Collaborate with product, development, publishing, and operations teams to implement recommendations.
• Lead analysts and improve analytical standards and processes.

• Analyse player engagement, retention, monetisation, churn, server health, matchmaking, and live-operations performance.
• Identify gameplay and operational issues and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring frameworks, analytical models, and automated tools using SQL and Python.
• Support the optimisation of game events, server ecosystems, player segmentation, cross-server activities, and monetisation initiatives.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and measure the impact of product or operational changes.
• Work closely with product, development, publishing, and operations teams to implement recommendations.
• Lead or mentor analysts and improve analytical standards and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in game analytics, product analytics, or live operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Good understanding of retention, monetisation, player lifecycle, and live-service game metrics.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into measurable business or product improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Experience with strategy, multiplayer, or live-service games is preferred.
