Job summary

Atome is seeking a Senior Game Data & Live Operations Lead to drive data-informed improvements across our global mobile game portfolio. You will analyse player behaviour, game ecosystems, live operations, and monetisation performance, translating findings into practical product and operational improvements.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, evaluating A/B tests, and leading analytics teams to implement data-driven recommendations across product and operations functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a data-related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in game analytics, product analytics, or live operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of retention, monetisation, and player lifecycle metrics.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse player engagement, retention, monetisation, churn, server health, matchmaking, and live-ops performance.
• Identify gameplay and operational issues and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring frameworks, analytical models, and automated tools using SQL and Python.
• Support optimisation of game events, server ecosystems, player segmentation, cross-server activities, and monetisation initiatives.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and measure impact of product or operational changes.
• Collaborate with product, development, publishing, and operations teams to implement recommendations.
• Lead or mentor analysts and improve analytical standards and processes.
