Job summary

Atome in Singapore is seeking a Head of Game Operations to lead multiple operations teams and oversee the performance, stability and growth of our live game portfolio. This role will manage team leads across live operations and user support while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Publishing and Customer Support teams.

You will define strategic priorities, implement incident management, and provide senior management with regular risk assessments and recommendations to drive player

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in game operations or related field.
• Experience managing multiple teams or team leads.
• Strong understanding of live-service games and international markets.
• Leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
