Julius Baer seeks a Middle Office Specialist in Singapore to provide day-to-day trade support and controls across the FX business. You will collaborate with FX Sales and Trading, Front Office, Operations, and external counterparties to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing across the trade lifecycle.

You will contribute to system and process enhancements, support regulatory compliance, and help drive operational efficiency within the Middle Office (Asia).

Competenze

• 5-8 years of relevant working experience in middle office FX support.
• Strong understanding of order management processes and core banking systems.
• Fluent English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a global team setup with positive attitude.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day trade support and controls across the FX business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with FX Sales and Trading, Front Office, Operations and external counterparties to resolve issues.
• Contribute to system/process enhancements and new product initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Meet regulatory standards and manage risk, maintaining compliance and control checks.
