Job summary

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) invites an experienced fundraising and online marketing professional to join the NCCS Cancer Fund and Research Fund team. You will lead integrated digital and offline campaigns, develop partnerships, and drive donor engagement to support cancer care and research initiatives.

You will collaborate with department heads to boost staff giving, manage Run for Hope and the Charity Dinner events, and expand corporate sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree, preferably with honours.
• At least 5 years of fundraising and/or online marketing experience in SEO/marketing, database management and website analytics tools.
• Experience working with leaders in medical or academic fields is an asset.
• Strong organisational, donor management and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to think creatively and strategically for branding and fundraising.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canva and other AI tools for simple online campaign design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital giving campaigns and online fundraising initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date on digital platform requirements and best practices.
• Prepare campaign setup materials and close campaigns promptly after fundraising periods.
• Develop and deploy integrated online/offline/partnership strategies to engage donors.
• Drive digital fundraising activities highlighting Campaign Priorities and Seasonal initiatives.
• Oversee staff giving events including monthly talks to new hires.
• Manage Run for Hope project and related activities.
• Expand corporate partnerships to increase in-kind sponsorship.
• Prepare management reports and budgets as necessary.
