Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for a fixed-term secondment in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day fund operations, NAV calculations, and regulatory reporting while coordinating investor services and liaising with tax specialists and lawyers. This role supports senior staff and can extend beyond the initial 6–12 months.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in asset management, is fully qualified, and fluent in English. Knowledge of eFront or Yardi is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in asset management or fund administration.
• Experience in Private Equity or Real Estate funds preferred.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Familiar with regulatory reporting and NAV processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund operations and coordinate with investors and managers.
• Prepare NAV calculations and year-end financial statements; oversee audits.
• Handle fund accounts and prepare periodic and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate investor servicing: onboarding, capital calls, distributions, shareholder statements.
• Support senior staff to deliver high-quality client service; assist with new fund setups.
