Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to architect and implement end-to-end solutions, from sophisticated user interfaces to scalable backend services and APIs.

You will lead frontend and backend development, design cloud-native solutions on AWS, and collaborate with UX and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable software in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with fullstack experience.
• Strong Next.js with React patterns.
• Proven Java Spring Boot experience building RESTful APIs & microservices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, EC2, S3).
• SQL across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of SOLID, DRY principles.
• Experience with CI/CD and testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and develop complex Next.js apps.
• Design and implement robust backend services with Spring Boot/Node.js.
• Architect RESTful APIs and microservices across stack.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Design cloud-native solutions using AWS and container orchestration.
• Lead database schema/design across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with UX and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Promote best practices: code quality, testing, documentation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and architectural planning.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues maintaining system stability.
