Job summary

Aon Singapore is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Analytics team. You will design, build and modernise internal applications using cloud-native and AI-enabled capabilities to improve product quality and delivery velocity.

You will collaborate with software, data, QA and analytics partners to deliver scalable solutions, develop APIs, and contribute to automation, testing and governance in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack application development and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and C#, and frameworks ReactJS/Angular and .NET.
• Experience building and consuming APIs, data-intensive apps and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or integrating AI-enabled features (automation, intelligent search, summarisation, NLP interfaces).
• Understanding of responsible AI, security and data privacy in enterprise environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Critical thinking with proactive, modernisation mindset.

Responsibilities
