Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic IT team in Central Singapore.

The role requires hands-on backend and frontend work, with ownership of features from development through deployment and ongoing support. You will design scalable services, build responsive interfaces, mentor juniors, and collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience with backend and frontend exposure.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, databases, and integrations.
• Hands-on with modern frontend frameworks such as React or similar component-based tech.
• Able to own features from backend to frontend delivery independently.
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, monitoring.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience in senior or 2IC roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing components.
• Build and enhance modern frontend applications with performance and usability in mind.
• Own features end-to-end from development to deployment and ongoing support.
• Coordinate team activities and maintain engineering momentum during leadership absence.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in sprint planning, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions for project delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring, and improvement initiatives.
