Job summary

FPT Software Singapore seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for a portfolio of enterprise digital products and platforms. This hands-on role blends development, architecture, and modernization while guiding engineers and shaping standards.

You will own technical health, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, business, and tech teams across modern and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Full Stack Software Engineering experience in a Senior or Lead role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript with React experience
• Backend API design and development across modern and legacy stacks
• Experience with relational databases, esp. PostgreSQL
• Proficient in Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-hosted infrastructure (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Own technical health and engineering quality for a portfolio of digital products
• Lead frontend and backend development across multiple languages and codebases
• Drive migration, modernization, and technology upgrades
• Establish engineering standards, code reviews, and deployment practices
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with product, business, and tech teams
• Ensure observability, security, performance, and reliability
